Currently, in a month where there is a meeting of the full Parish Council, planning applications are considered at that meeting. The exception being when a large number of applications are received, and then a separate committee meeting will be convened.
All members of the Council are invited to attend Planning Meetings. This Committee deals with planning application and development-control, together with the consideration of strategic planning issues. Meetings comply with deadlines for planning applications, therefore, Agendas are posted three full-working-days before the scheduled meeting date.
